Puxsatawney Phil has predicted more winter 104 times since 1887, while forecasting early spring only 18 times. According to ABC News, Wiarton Willie, an albino groundhog who resides in Canada, also spotted his shadow early this morning.
According to stormfax.com, Phil has a 39% accuracy rate when it comes to predicting the weather. He has seen his shadow 89% of the time.
